We will pick you up from your hotel situated in the city of Puno. Our adventure begins with a brief safety orientation provided by the tour guide to ensure that we are equipped with everything needed for a secure and enjoyable journey.
Embark on the northern route riding your bike along the beautiful shores of Lake Titicaca. The breathtaking landscapes will offer you stunning views of the islands. This well-traveled path is ideal for a delightful biking experience. Be captivated by the valley scenes featuring tree forests and farmer fields.
Lake Titicaca is nestled in the Andes mountains, straddling the border between Peru and Bolivia, and is renowned as the highest navigable lake in the world at an elevation of 3,812 meters above sea level. The lake hosts numerous islands, including the Floating Islands of Uros, Taquile, and Amantani Island, the largest one on the Peruvian side.
Our bike tour proceeds along the route to Uros Chulluni, skirting the bay of Puno. Marvel at the exquisite landscapes of the Uros, featuring approximately 80 handmade islands crafted from totora reeds.
We will continue cycling until we reach Viscachuni, a spot offering panoramic vistas of the city of Puno and Lake Titicaca. Here, we will pause for a well-earned break and enjoy a snack.
Subsequently, we will follow the path near the bay of Puno until we arrive at the port, where transportation will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
