Rafting On The Chili River

Once we pick you up at your hotel near the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa, we'll proceed to the transportation that will take us to the meeting point. Here, you'll meet our professional guides who will provide a brief on the proper use of the equipment, ensuring we embark on this exciting adventure safely.

Our journey takes us to the Chilina Valley, leading to the starting point by the River Chili. At this location, our guides will offer safety and rescue instructions before we begin this remarkable rafting experience.

We'll enjoy an exhilarating time on the river, encompassing a total journey of approximately 1 hour, navigating through class III rapids.

The Rio Chili is a white water river originating from the Andes mountains in Arequipa and flowing into the Pacific Ocean. This river is a crucial water source for the White City.

The rafting tour in Arequipa kicks off with an initial section of class II, ideal for honing rowing techniques. Following that, we tackle an exhilarating section of class III, culminating in the most challenging rapids.

Upon reaching the endpoint, you'll have the chance to enjoy a refreshing dip in the river, surrounded by stunning nature. Recharge with a snack to restore your energy.

We will return to the city of Arequipa and drop you off near the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa.
